Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Billing is monthly, with no lock-in.
• You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
• Fees for a month that has started are not refunded, except in the cases listed below.

Your subscription is billed monthly in advance, per branch. The fee is shown on our pricing page and is exclusive of GST, which is added to each invoice.

You can cancel from Billing and plan inside the app, or by writing to us: email us at contact.murai.app@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until then, and we will not charge you again.

Because you can cancel at any time, we do not refund part of a month that has already started. We will refund in full:

• a charge made twice, or made in error;
• a charge made after you cancelled correctly and on time;
• a charge for a month in which you could not use the Service because of a fault on our side that we could not fix.

To ask for a refund, tell us within 30 days of the charge, with your invoice number and a short explanation.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If GST was charged, it is refunded along with the amount and we issue a credit note.

If you cancel, any price lock or launch offer you signed up with ends. Free data migration is a service we provide at no charge and has no cash value.

After your subscription ends you have 30 days to export your data. After that we delete or anonymise it, except for records we are required to keep by law. Details are in our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement.
